Atlas rostlinných preparátů je určen především posluchačům prvního ročníku bakalářského studia Fakulty potravinářské a biochemické technologie VŠCHT Praha, ale i všem, kdo chtějí velmi podrobně poznávat základní principy stavby rostlinného organismu. Atlas je tematicky rozdělen do 21 podkapitol, z nichž každá se věnuje některé typické rostlinné struktuře nebo určitému jevu. Některé preparáty byly snímány různými mikroskopickými technikami a čtenář tak získá základní představu o vhodných metodických přístupech. V Atlasu je zařazena i kapitola popisující nejčastější problémy, které mohou nastat v počátečních fázích osvojování si práce s mikroskopem. The Atlas of plant samples is primarily for students of the first year of bachelor's studies at the Faculty of Food and Biochemical Technology of the University of Chemistry and Technology Prague, but also for all those who want to learn in detail the basic principles of the structure of plant organisms. The Atlas is thematically divided into 21 subchapters, each of which is devoted to a typical plant structure or a specific phenomenon. Some of the samples were imaged using different microscopic techniques, providing the reader with a basic idea of the appropriate methodological approaches. The Atlas also includes a chapter describing the most common problems that may arise in the initial stages of learning how to use a microscope.
